We’re a Considerate Constructor

As a member of the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme The Park Lane Group takes its responsibilities as a housebuilder and developer seriously.

So we were delighted to be awarded ‘good‘ to ‘excellent‘ against five key areas following a recent site inspection at Rossetti Gardens in St. Leonards-on-sea.

Under the Scheme, sites are assessed for Care about Appearance, Respect the Community, Protect the Environment, Secure everyone’s Safety, and Value their Workforce with marks awarded against each category.

A report summary is also provided which concluded with “Another most enjoyable visit … Well done and keep up the good work.”

Rossetti Gardens is managed by Steve Foord, Senior Site Manager at The Park Lane Group. Well done Steve and team for all your hard work.

We’re proud to be celebrating 30 years this year, having grown from a single property development in 1987 to become one of the largest independent housebuilders in the area.
