We’re A Considerate Constructor

Our latest site report at High Breezes under the Considerate Constructor Scheme makes “good to very good” reading.

In all five elements; Appearance, Community, Environment, Safety and Workforce, we have achieved scores of Good or Very Good, and earned positive comments on several aspects of our site management, in particular –

“The High Breezes project looks very good with a smart, newly refreshed entrance onto the development and a mixture of newly occupied properties.”

“The neighbours are kept informed of site activities and there are measures in place to minimise impact on the environment.”

“It is good to note the support being given for the apprentices on site.”

The Scheme

The Considerate Constructor Scheme is aimed at improving the image of construction and designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements. As a member, our developments are visited, inspected and assessed under three categories; the general public, the workforce and the environment, covering five elements as above.
