We welcomed first time buyers Aylish and Conor into their new Park Lane Group home in Juniper Place, Bexhill, this week.

The couple took advantage of the Government-approved Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme to buy ‘The Honeysuckle’. It enabled them to proceed with a low 5% deposit and move from a rented property in St. Leonards.

With so much included within the price they’re super excited to move into their lovely new home. From integrated kitchen appliances, lighting and flooring to a high spec. finish in the bathroom, our homes are virtually ready to move straight into and save buyers on further financial outlay.
