We’re Celebrating 30 Years

The Park Lane Group turns 30 this year!

From a single property development in 1987, our company has grown to become the one of the largest, independent housebuilders in the area. We construct over 40 new homes on average every year and own an extensive portfolio of high quality rental homes throughout Hastings and St. Leonards and extending from Eastbourne to the Kent border.

Managing everything from property sales to our rental and maintenance service makes us a little different, but we believe it is our commitment to remaining local and serving the communities in which we also live and work that truly sets us apart.

Our long history of giving is important to us. It’s an ethos that is shared across the company and sees us regularly take on new challenges and pledge to support local causes and charities.

As we celebrate our 30th year this commitment will once again take centre stage – we’ll be bringing you more news on this soon.
