South East Help to Buy Event Success

We met some lovely new faces at the Help to Buy Homes Show in Crawley on Saturday.

Organised by Help to Buy East and South East, the one-day event provided an opportunity for prospective buyers to meet with specialists and find out more about buying via the scheme.

Amy and Katie from our sales team attended and provided information about our latest developments in the Hastings area.

They were also able to talk buyers through the process when you buy a new home with Help to Buy.

Around a third of our buyers proceed with the scheme which enables eligible buyers to get onto the property ladder with a low 5% deposit and 75% mortgage.
