It was wonderful to welcome several happy new homeowners into their homes in Rosefinch Way just in time for Christmas.

Rosefinch Way is one of three fabulous new developments in Eastbourne by The Park Lane Group to have completed over the past year. Featuring a collection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes within gated, landscaped grounds, it proved particularly popular with first time buyers who were attracted by the homes’ fantastic location and high quality specification.

New home congratulations go to Daisy, Fergus and little Nelly, to Leah and Dominic, to Rebecca, and to Jane.

Rebecca is over the moon to have bought her first home and commented,
