Moving News for One Family

We welcomed Katie Nicholl, Jason Winch and their daughter Scarlett into their new home in Rossetti Gardens, St. Leonards-on-sea, today.

The family are really excited about moving into their beautiful new Florence home which they bought via the Government-approved Help to Buy scheme. They have moved to the area from London and rented a Park Lane Group property whilst they waited for the property to be completed having bought off-plan.

They will be the first people to move into one of the three bedroom homes within the development and join happy homeowners in the Siena two bedroom properties within the development.
