Sales: Another Happy Homeowner

We welcomed first time buyers Lynsay and Clem into their new Park Lane Group home in Finchley Place, Eastbourne this week.

The couple took advantage of the Government-approved Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme to buy their first every family home. It enabled them to proceed with a low 5% deposit and move from a rented property in Eastbourne.

With so much included within the price they’re very excited to move into their lovely new home and start making memories together as a family.
