Demand for high quality rental property continues to push upwards with statistics in a report published this year revealing an increase from just 2.5m privately rented homes in 2002 to around 4.8m in Britain ten years on.  A demographic shift is also taking place with increasing numbers of more mature renters, including families, seeking properties.
