Our New Commercial Manager

We’re delighted to congratulate Gavin Gregory on his promotion to Commercial Manager following Sara-Jane Fox’s departure last year.

Gavin initially joined us as Senior Managing Surveyor last summer and is now heading up our construction team and new-build programme including the forthcoming Little Acres collection of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes off The Ridge in Hastings.

Katie Nichols has also joined us as Sales & Lettings Negotiator and will be working closely alongside Amy O’Hara-Dudley.
