Sales: Our First Avebury Mews Completion

It was all hands on deck at the PLG HQ today, with two completions in one day; one for our Finchley Place development, and our first homeowner at the latest Avebury Mews development.

With the the first completion of the day kicking off with first-time buyer, Efren and his family, we were delighted to finally welcome to their new home. Local to Eastbourne, the young family were excited to make the move from their rented flat to start their homebuying journey, and couldn’t be happier that it was with the Park Lane Group.

With the second Langney based development nearing its final stages of completion, we were delighted to give a warm welcome to our very first homeowner at Avebury Mews in Eastbourne. This exclusive collection of houses consists of 9 luxurious, privately owned 2-bedroom homes, nestled within its own cul de sac.

After a successful first completion, Sales Administrator, Fiona Taylor along with Contracts Manager, Steve Foord made their way over to the 1st of our 3 developments in Langney, to hand over the keys to our next homeowner.

London based Barrister Cecilia, decided to buy one of our detached 3-bedroom homes at Finchley Place as a holiday home for when she can escape the big smoke, and swap high rise buildings for the seaside.
