Local Councillors Visit High Breezes

Councillors Mike Turner (left) and Warren Davies visited our flagship development of 80 new homes at High Breezes recently to take a look at the newly completed homes with Sue McGreevy, MD of The Park Lane Group.

The development, which is located just off The Ridge in Hastings, has transformed the area and created high quality new homes with beautifully specified interiors. Many were bought by people local to Hastings, with a high proportion completing via the Government-approved Help to Buy scheme which enables buyers to proceed with a 5% deposit, 75% mortgage and a 20% loan that is interest-free for the first five years.

According to Councillor Mike Turner “We are really impressed with High Breezes. The homes are really attractive and the development has been thoughtfully landscaped to provide fabulous new properties for the area.”
