Help to Buy

Harwood Heights is registered with the Government-backed Help to Buy Equity Loan Scheme which means eligible buyers can proceed with a low deposit option of just 5% and a 75% mortgage, with the remaining 20% funded through an equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
