A new email-based reporting system for Park Lane Group tenants who have a maintenance query or issue has been launched this week.
Offering ease and convenience, the system will enable customers to report problems 24/7, without the need to await office opening hours. On receipt of a maintenance report, The Park Lane Group will now issue a SMS confirming the date and time the query will be attended by an engineer.
The system has been launched as part a service review which has also seen the publication of a useful Property Manual providing a handy guide for tenants.
