Double Celebrations for new Homeowners
Allan and Gillian are thrilled to have completed on their new home at Ivy Gardens this week, commenting, “Thank you so much, you have been absolutely wonderful.”
The couple had been wanting to move for around six years and had their sights set on a newbuild Park Lane Group property.
The sale of their former property in Bexhill has now enabled them to make the move they so wanted.
Having followed their son’s experience buying a new Park Lane Group home at Little Acres last year, they were familiar with the quality and finish of our homes.
At their new location in Hastings they are now just a mile from one another and enjoying all the advantages of a newbuild home.
The happy ending has also coincided with their 50th wedding anniversary, so they are looking forward to double celebrations to mark this and their lovely new home.
