Community: Supporting the Homeless at Christmas

As we help many first time buyers find a way to purchase their new homes, we wanted to give something back to those who are not fortunate enough to have a home themselves. As we all know homelessness is a real issue that we face today, and will continue to be. With that in mind we decided at the beginning of releasing our homes in Eastbourne, to donate £500 to Absolute Angels for every house sold to a new customer.

With six of our new homeowners moved in their homes this month, we were very pleased to provide Absolute Angels and The Matthew 25 Mission with a cheque for £3,000 prior to the busy festive period, which should help them provide support for those less fortunate during the Christmas time.

We are longstanding supporters of Absolute Angels for the Homeless and The Matthew 25 Mission who work together to support people in Eastbourne who are homeless, vulnerable or struggling on low incomes.

They are both are incredible and work tirelessly here in the town to help others, so we are only too pleased to be making this special pledge to continue to support them.
