Odds On for a Good Day
An ‘Afternoon of Racing’ at Brighton Racecourse, hosted by The Park Lane Group, treated 50 guests at the end of September – including our wonderful team of staff and a great network of suppliers and partners who work closely with us.
Our way of saying thank you and creating opportunity for us to come together ‘off site’, it also provided a moment to reflect on the company’s progress. The Park Lane Group is now near to completing High Breezes, the biggest development in our history which has seen the construction of 80 houses on a technically challenging site, one which even many larger, national housebuilders would consider difficult.
In his opening welcome, Russell Beswick, CEO of the Group, commented on the legacy that is being created by The Park Lane Group, “we have owned, renovated and/or built more than 1200 properties in the Hastings area since we established in 1987. This equates to more than 40 properties per year, a substantial number for a business of our size. And looking forward, we are proud of the fact that The Park Lane Group owns just under 20% of the sites allocated by Hastings Borough Council to meet the area’s housing needs by 2022.”
Russell added “The company’s achievements have undoubtedly been made possible by everyone’s expertise, technical ability, professionalism and enthusiasm, along with the stewardship of our senior management team which is lead by Sue McGreevy and Laurence Hulkes.”
Following a warm welcome to several new faces and a moment in memory of Richard Hall, it was time to listen to the tipster …
