Help for Heroes

Our rental & property coordinator Mark Nash just proved his mettle in the Tough Mudder to raise money for Help for Heroes.

With a sizeable pledge from The Park Lane Group and a cheer from the comfort of our offices, he set off to overcome obstacles, eat up hills, undergrowth and all sorts of tricky terrain, not to mention mile after mile of mud to finish in one piece, safely.

Tough Mudder events are gruelling 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed to test fitness, strength, stamina and mental grit and determination. The events, which now take place across six countries, have so far raised around £5m for charity.
