Charity: One Great Day, It Really Was!
What a joy and privilege to support One Great Day at Langney Shopping Centre.
Now in its fourth year, this fantastic fundraising event provides welcoming fun for all the family
This year, the money raised will be divided between Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Charity, and the Centre’s chosen local charity, Children with Cancer Fund, Polegate.
The Park Lane Group team were more than pleased to provide a substantial donation and follow the day’s events on Saturday 8th October.
After an official opening at 10am, singers and dancers made appearances during the day, from Irish dancers to Morris Men. Face painting, balloon hats, a bouncy castle and colouring activities entertained little ones and there was a range of stalls and a raffle in the Centre. The Fire Brigade also paid a visit and local singer, Tom Fitzpatrick, provided a fantastic live performance.
Congratulations to all the organisers. It really was One Great Day.
