Sales: A Park Lane Group Home at Last

It has taken a few attempts for seasoned housebuyers Sue and Bob Appleby to find a Park Lane Group home they can call their own.
The couple are no strangers to moving house, having done so five times in the last decade as they moved around the UK.
Settled back in Hastings and with a clear idea about what they were looking for, they have pursued four Park Lane Group homes before finally finding the perfect pad.
“We first saw the homes at Ivy Gardens and liked the standard of everything and the finish of the homes” comments Sue, “we’ve bought a newbuild home before and we were really impressed with everything about The Park Lane Group and their properties.”
Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be. The couple went on to fall in love with a property at Juniper Place in Bexhill, along with two further homes in Rossetti Gardens. Each time they were unsuccessful, due to mortgage complications elsewhere in the chain preventing others from moving, or because they were pipped to the post.
“We also looked at the new homes being built in Eastbourne, but the location wasn’t right for us.” Sue continued. “Then a 3-bedroom end of terrace pre-owned Park Lane Group home came to the market which is perfect for our needs – we hope to be in for Christmas.”
Built only a few years ago by The Park Lane Group, it is one of a collection of 80 2 & 3 bedroom homes named High Breezes in Hastings. It enjoys a quiet position tucked at the end of Endeavour Way and a sunny south-facing aspect to the rear.
Our congratulations to you both and we wish you all the best in your home.
