The Park Lane Group Community Give Away launched in 2017 to mark our 30th anniversary and has now closed.

This unique local fund was formed to help charities, community groups and individuals from the Hastings, St. Leonards, Bexhill, Battle and Rye area.

It saw The Park Lane Group donate more than £10,000 to a wide range of deserving local causes to benefit as many people as possible. Information about the groups, charities and individuals that benefited, along with details of how they will be using their donation, can be found in our news section here.

With regret we’re no longer able to accept any further requests for funding.

The Park Lane Group Community Give Away was also a fitting tribute to a former member of our team, Richard Hall, who passed away unexpectedly and is very missed.

We’re proud to be celebrating 30 years this year, having grown from a single property development in 1987 to become one of the largest independent housebuilders in the area. Managing everything from property sales to our rental and maintenance service makes us a little different, but we believe it is our commitment to remaining local and serving the communities in which we also live and work that really sets us apart.
