According to managing director, Sue McGreevy “We feel really privileged to be helping so many different local groups and individuals. Applications have been really varied and often for specific equipment or help that might otherwise be hard to get support for so it’s been lovely to step in with our Community Give Away.
The Park Lane Group Community Give Away is open to charities, community groups and individuals in the Hastings, St. Leonards, Bexhill, Battle and Rye areas and is being covered by the Observer series.

We’re proud to be celebrating 30 years this year, having grown from a single property development in 1987 to become one of the largest independent housebuilders in the area. Managing everything from property sales to our rental and maintenance service makes us a little different, but we believe it is our commitment to remaining local and serving the communities in which we also live and work that really sets us apart.
