Below is a list of our future developments.

The Park Lane Group have a new development planned for the near future in East Sussex.

A selection of 3 bedroomed houses with private gardens in Hailsham, all with private gardens.  These properties will be added to the Rental Portfolio.

The Park Lane Group also hope to start our latest project in Hawthorn Road, these properties will also be added to our Rental Portfolio.

We have another project in Harold Road, Hastings that is in the pipeline.  Further details to follow in 2010.
