About The Park Lane Property Group

The Park Lane Group design, build, let and maintain beautiful homes in East Sussex.

Concentrating in Hastings, St. Leonards and Bexhill, we also have properties stretching from Eastbourne, Hailsham, Battle, Robertsbridge and Hurst Green to Hawkhurst in Kent.

As a local, independent housebuilder, we take immense care and pride in everything we do – it’s crucial to our continued growth and success.

We also take our responsibilities as a housebuilder seriously. This is evidenced by our commitment to the Considerate Constructors Scheme which sets out a Code of Considerate Practice. Our latest site inspection at Rossetti Gardens in St. Leonards-on-sea ranked The Park Lane Group as ‘Good’ to ‘Excellent’ across five key areas in a report concluding ‘Another most enjoyable visit … Well done and keep up the good work.”

Thoughtful Property Design

Each Park Lane Group property starts with a thoughtful design. We consider every detail, from looks and layout to efficiency and the surrounding environment. But above all, we focus on how it will function as ‘home’.

Whether you buy or rent from The Park Lane Group, our approach also means you can be assured of the highest build quality. Our team combines the use of traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create beautifully appointed properties designed for a lifetime and longer.

Developing a Legacy

Established in 1987 by managing director Russell Beswick, the Park Lane Group remains an independent and locally-based property company. As such we are committed to improving the areas in which we build – respectful of the legacy we are creating for future generations.

We take this responsibility seriously and for us, it also means adding a little extra along the way to support the charities, community groups and individuals around us.

Over the years, we have pledged financial help, supplied much needed sports kit, run marathons and scaled heights to make a difference. Find out more
